'What do we teach in RE?'

REonline contains a wealth of ideas to expand your knowledge and understanding of religions and includes many links to specific religious beliefs, teachings, sources, practices and forms of expression. Here are a few starters:

Some ideas on what to teach about six major faiths at each key stage was prepared by working parties from those faith communities when the 1994 QCA model syllabuses were published. The choice of content and its arrangement was not agreed by all members of those communiites, but may provide some useful starting points.
